This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website of Artesta (hereinafter the "Website").
The terms set out in this Legal Notice shall apply subsidiarily where the company establishes specific conditions for the use of, and/or the contracting of, particular services.
SECTION 1 - INFORMATION
In compliance with the information obligation contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the Website is owned by the legal entity Artesta Store, S.L., Tax ID (CIF) B67503250, trading as Artesta and with registered office at Passatge Sant Jaume, 20. 08035, Barcelona, Spain.
SECTION 2 - USERS
Access to and/or use of the Website confers the status of User, and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice from the moment of access and/or use.
SECTION 3 - USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website may provide access to a variety of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, code, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information (hereinafter, the "Contents") belonging to the company or to third parties to which the User may have access.
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be required to access Contents or services provided through the Website.
The User agrees to make proper use of the Contents and services offered through the Website and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to: (i) engage in illicit, unlawful activities or acts contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the owner of the Website, its providers or third parties; (iii) introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.

All intellectual property rights of the content of this Website and its graphic design are the exclusive property of Artesta, which holds the exclusive rights of exploitation.
Therefore, and by virtue of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April approving the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Act, as well as Law 17/2001 of 7 December on Trademarks and complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication (including making available), or any other exploitation and/or modification, total or partial, of any content included on the Website is prohibited without the prior express authorization of Artesta.
Artesta does not grant any license or authorization of any kind over its intellectual or industrial property rights or over any other property or rights related to the Website, its services or its contents.
The User is solely responsible for the legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to contents provided by the User, and shall hold Artesta harmless from any third‑party claims arising from unlawful use of content on the Website.
Likewise, by providing content (photos, images) to this Website in any way, the User grants Artesta, free of charge, the entirety of the intellectual and industrial property rights and any other rights the User may hold over such content.
Such rights include the right of reproduction, representation, distribution, transformation and public communication of all or part of the content, by any means and in all formats and supports.
SECTION 5 - LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Artesta declares that it has adopted the necessary measures that, within its possibilities and the state of technology, allow the correct functioning of its Website and the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, Artesta cannot be held responsible for: (a) the continuity and availability of the contents and services; (b) the absence of errors in such contents or the correction of any defect that may occur; (c) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components; (d) damages or losses caused by any person who breaches Artesta's security systems.
Artesta may temporarily suspend access to the Website without prior notice for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations. Nevertheless, whenever circumstances allow, Artesta will inform the User in advance of the expected date for the suspension of services.
Artesta assumes no responsibility for links to other websites that may be found on the Website, which may lead the User to sites over which Artesta has no control; the User accesses such external content under their sole responsibility and subject to the terms of use of those sites.
Artesta is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Contents and services included on the Website. Consequently, Artesta does not guarantee that the use made by Users of the contents and services included on the Website will comply with this Legal Notice or that such use will be diligent.
SECTION 6 - DURATION AND MODIFICATION
The terms of this Legal Notice will remain in force until they are modified, and Artesta may make such changes which will be communicated to the User.
Artesta may remove, add or change both the contents and the services it provides, as well as the way in which they are presented or located. The terms published at the time the User accesses Artesta's Website shall be considered in force.
Accessing and/or using the Website will be considered acceptance by the User of the terms of this Legal Notice and, where applicable, of any changes made to them.
