How can I return my order?
There is something wrong with your order? Don't worry, we'll fix it as soon as possible! To process a return, click on the "Manage return or exchange" button that appears at the bottom of this page.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges have the same process as returns.
How long do I have to exercise my right of withdrawal?
You have a total of 60 days to exercise your right of withdrawal once you have received your order.
Who is responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs?
The return shipping costs will be handled by you as long as there have been no damages during shipping, or if some of the products sent do not correspond to those you purchased.
Have we made a mistake in any of the products you ordered?
If any of the products that we have sent you does not correspond to the ones you bought, fill out the form that appears at the bottom of the page, and attach photographs of the product in question.
Has your order arrived in bad condition?
If your order has arrived in poor condition, please fill out the form that appears at the bottom of the page, and attach photographs of the damaged product and the packaging, both box and protection. Our team will respond to your request as soon as possible and will tell you what to do with the damaged product.
When will I receive my refund?
Once our team has reviewed your case and given the green light for the refund, it should take 3-4 business days. If after this period you still do not see the credit in the initial payment method of your order, please contact us by email support@artestastore.com .
