How do I know where my order is?
When placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Check that the email we've sent you hasn't ended up in your spam folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
When your order has left our workshop (24-48h), our logistics partner will send you an email with the information so you can track the status of your order.
In order to make the delivery of the product as convenient as possible for you, we make deliveries to the address you have specified. If you are not available at the address you have indicated, our logistics provider will leave a notice of delivery attempt and the way to agree on it.
What if I haven't received my order?
If you have not received your order after the delivery deadline, please contact us as soon as possible, via email support @artestastore.com, so we can analyze your case and give you more information.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
Keep in mind that after 4 to 7 days from the first delivery attempt, and if a satisfactory response for delivery has not been obtained, the order will be returned to origin. This will involve charges of €15 in order to cover transport and packaging costs due to reverse logistics.
