How do I know if my purchase was successful?
Once the payment of your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. Sometimes these messages take longer to arrive, if after 3 business days you have not received a response, contact Artesta through support@artestastore.com. In this case, we recommend that you do not place another order until our team confirms that the order has been placed so that you do not have a duplicate order.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Our workshop prepares all our customers' orders in the shortest time possible, therefore, orders can be canceled until 02:59 on the same day. To do this, you must go to the confirmation page of your order, which you can access through the confirmation email, and select the "Cancel" option. Your order amount should be refunded within 3-4 business days.
What happens if I make a mistake in the details of my order?
In that case, we ask you to send us an email to support@artestastore.com with that information that we should modify.
Can I make changes to the products in my order?
If there is an error in any product of your order, you must go to the confirmation page of your order, which you can access through the confirmation email, and select the "Edit" option. Your order will be canceled and you will be redirected to your cart to be able to edit the order you have already placed. Your order amount should be refunded within 3-4 business days.
How can I get my invoice?
Once you have placed your order, you will be able to download the invoice on your order confirmation page, or through the email you received when you made your purchase. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder, sometimes it ends up there.
What do I do if the invoice has wrong data?
In that case, please contact us through support@artestastore.com and let us know the data we shoould include in the invoice.
