How do I return my order?

Can I return my order?
You can return your purchase within 60 days after receiving the order.
Is there a charge for the returns?
Note that the customer pays for the return freight charges except in those cases the product arrived damaged or returns that do not include all the products previously ordered.
¿Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are processed like a regular return. Once we receive your product we will refund you to place a new order on our web shop.
Which areas do you ship to?
Currently, we send to 12 different countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.
In case you would like to receive your order outside the United Kingdom, please, visit our website artesta.co to make a purchase.

Shipping may take from 2 to 5 working days.
We work with different shipping companies to deliver your order. When ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Just double check to make sure it did not land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
Shipping cost is 6€ for orders below 20€, and 4,5€ for orders over 20€ and under 45€.
All orders over 45€ have free shipping.
Can I pay by credit card?
We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards.
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes! We also accept PayPal.
What paper do you use for your prints?
Artesta print posters on 200 gr premium paper.
What material do you use for frames?
We have high-quality pinewood and aluminium frames. Our wood frames are 15 mm wide and 30 mm deep. Our largest wood frames (60x90 and 70x100) are 20 mm wide and 30 mm deep. Aluminium frames are 7 mm wide and 18 mm deep.

How do I know if my order has been registered?
Once you have completed the check out you will receive an email to the address you indicated during the purchase process.
Sometimes notifications take time when it takes longer than 3 working days please contact us via email@example.com. In these cases do not place a new order and wait for an answer to do not duplicate the purchase.
If you want to cancel your purchase send us an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org with all the cancelation details. Our workload is very high and we cannot assure we will cancel the order before getting out our warehouse.
