Can I place orders?

Our online store is still available to place orders but we will not serve them until confinement ends (currently declared until April 9). If you have any questions, please contact us at support@artestastore.com. We are available to help you and we are committed to solving all your doubts in less than 24 hours.

I have already placed an order, when will I receive it?

First of all, you should know that all orders have been made in compliance with safety regulations with the use of masks and gloves by our team.

We are working hard to streamline all your orders as much as possible and we hope to delay as little as possible. On the other hand, we are contacting each and every one of the people you have bought in the last week. If you have an order pending delivery, we will inform you about how we are going to solve it in the most comfortable, safe and quick way possible.

Can I make a return?

At the moment it cannot be collected for security and precaution reasons. What we are going to do is extend the return period for another 20 days. You can exercise your right of return once the period of social confinement ends.
