RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND INCIDENCES

To make a return, exchange or if you have had an incident with your order, fill out the form that appears at the bottom of this page.

As long as there has been no incident with your order, please note that:

  • Transportation charges are your responsibility.
  • The products must be in the same condition in which they arrived at their destination.
  • The packaging must be secure so that the order does not arrive damaged.
  • Keep the order number for shipment tracking.
  • Always wait to receive our response before sending.

If you are shipping a product worth more than €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.

      Refunds:

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum period of 15 days.

      Only regular price items will be fully refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded in full, only in the amount equal to the amount spent.
